stamina mode or ultra stamina mode not working

Battery drains continously even without using it. I even checked in ultra stamina mode for which i dint find any better response. Battery drains was as usual. I am not at all using the phone, even thought it drains. when I saw battery consumption battery at Idle will be around 80%. In ultra stamina mode( there will be no background applications running and we cant use anything except phone and msg) even at that time and that too even without simcard, battery drains gradually. At standby as per specification it is Standby time: up to 728 hours, Atleast it will not come for 24 hrs within which it drains completely. Its a new phone and still not installed any apps nor played games and not even sim card. Already visited for sonly local support for phone hanging issue so recently it's updated. Please suggest

Just brought C5 ultra yesterday and kept for charging using given sony chargers, took almost 6 hours to charge. And sony chargers is getting too hot aftrer some 3-4 hours.

First charging is quite different than routine charging, you should get your phone fully charged from 0 to 100% in approximately 3 hours. Observe your next charging cycle and keep us updated.

Have you excluded apps from stamina mode (white listed apps ) ? 

do you leave WiFi on all the time?

any antivirus or taskillers? 

how is your network coverage?

settings > about phone > status > signal strength

also check this 

charge the phone 100% use it as you normally would then once the battery reaches 10%

settings > power management > battery > take screenshots of:

1. the list

2. tap on the graph and take a screenshot

3. back > tap on the top 4 items on the list > take a screenshot of each
