sound problem

my mobile works like having hands free but it doesnt. i can't hear anything eithern to a call or media what can i do?

Settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data.Restart.

If this does not work, try booting the device in to Safemode and see if the issue continues, if it does then you may need to perform a software repair, if it does work, then this sounds like third party software causing the problem.
