I have just had a xperia mini, and i have set my message tone as a personal ringtone.

But after recieving the message and reading the message the song is still playing and doesnt stop untill the song has finish...??

I have unclicked audible selection, basically tryed every thing and nothing works..

Can you help me, i may just be being blonde:smileylaugh:.??

I suppose the phone is doing what you asked it to do - play the song whenever you receive a message. But I can see that it must be rather embarassing. If I knew you, I'd probably send you a message every 5 minutes for an hour...

What do you now want the phone to do? Just change thje alert tone, or turn it off - pretty much anything but play that song? If so, have you tried doing what you did initially, but selecting silent or one of the more, shall we say, standard tones? The directions should be shown in the following link, which I got from the SE website...
