Sony z1 , Not serviced Properly

I brought a sony Z1 in the feb 2014,

recently i have given it in the service centre for ADP ( slight crack in the back panel, and the touch was not working properly )

After the service they gave back my phone , They just replaced my back cover . that is the only thing which i notice .

I am facing alot of difficulty in typing and with the touch .

Can you please look into this

Sorry to hear that you still have issues with your phone.

I suggest that you contact the service location again or your local support team for assistance.
But also check that you gave them the correct phone. The model no. and SI-number on the service report is for C6902 (Xperia Z1) but the IMEI registered belongs to a C6602 (Xperia Z).
