I got this phone 2 weeks back., and very frequently it has gone into such a mode where I see full signal from the carrier (Vodafone ), but I don't receive any incoming calls & messages, nor I can make any outgoing calls. Others who try to call me get the message that it's either switched off or unreachable. And when I try to make an outgoing call, it just keeps on going forever without actually getting connected and only when I reboot my phone then it starts working again. This is really annoying as almost everyday I've to reboot my phone to avoid it going into the above issue. If I don't reboot, automatically it goes into that dormant mode without my knowledge and no one is able to call me up unless I realize that myself.
Has anyone else seen this kind of problem? Is this is a known problem with Sony Xperia M. Is this already a known bug with this model? Any help, please advice.
Or Pls give me a solution for a permanent fix.
