Sony Xperia M Dual- Signal Dead issues

Hi,

 I am Using Xperia M dual Sim card mobile for the past few days. When I receive call in SIM 1, the SIM 2 signal is dead and If I receive call in SIM 2, SIM 1 signal is dead. I dont know what is the problem is ? Kindly help me.,

The phone is dual standby,that is how it goes.
