Hi.yesterday i plugged in my z1 into my pc ...to do a software update.... the update failed and now my phone does not go on ....it only says "software update failed please connect to pc and try again" ...and then goes off again... i have done some stuf that was mentioned on the forum...but nothing worked.... if i go into support zone on sony companion... and click on start at the the phone/tablet software update... it says please wait... and then stays like that for hours... so i cant get to the step to repair my phone.. ?? Please help ... its urgent and i have to use my phone!!!
