How to fix software update apps Cloud not install

Does it give you an error? all apps or an specific app? do you have enough free internal storage?

how about

settings > apps > all > playstore > clear data > restart the phone > check again.

No sir other apps are working perfectly.. Phone memory have 5.2gb.. Software update apps, what's new,theme new update, video apps.. Download but doesn't install.. Nut i download those apps apk but installing error have apk not install.. Please help me.. I won't new features of sony apps..thanks sir

Could you post a screenshot of the error? do you have an antivirus or taskiller? have you unlocked the bootloader?

I had the same problem with xperia lounge app,in whats new there was an update that is older than the one in playstore,so when i tried to install the update from whats new it download the update but couldn't install it.
What i did is went to playstore, uninstalled the update and back to whats new and install the update successful.
But that is some how crap cause playstore has newer version so had to install the update again from playstore.
So you have to do this to all your apps that is not installing from whats new.

If you have apk files that are not installing that's because you are using an application for screen dimming like lux autobrightness or something similar?
