SMS appears not to go....but I get reply.

Hi, Just got a dual sim xa1. Not very tech savvy, but when I send a text a little circle appears next to the text going round and round as if something is at work. It stays there even when I know the text has been delivered or I get a reply. Any ideas? Tks

Do you have Delivery Reports enabled? You can find this in the messaging app under settings.

You don't ususally need delivery reports on. I was just wondering if it was waiting for a report which is why it kept spinning even though the message sent, but I guess not
