Just bought SmartWatch. Turned On, paired with device, downloaded SmartConnect app from Google Play, downloaded SmartWatch 2 SW 2 app. Watch shows "Smart Connect" picture and nothing happens. I can see watch from SmartConnect app on phone. Doble clisk on power button - nothing happens. I have Android 4.0.4.
Tried:
-rebooting both devices
-updating watches via Sony PC Companion
-reinstalling+cahe clear both apps
I'am pretty disappointed, how can i make my new watches work? Should i go to the shop and get a refund?
on your phone
settings > bluetooth > smartwatch 2 > unpair > restart the phone and the smartwatch and try again

which phone do you have?
Does it matter? I have Android 4.0.4 so watch should work, i guess. I have Texet 4577.
try this
press and hold power on the SW2 for 20 seconds > on your phone > uninstall the app and then > settings > bluetooth > unpair SW2 > restart your phone > update your SW2 with PCC > re-install SmartConnect > try again
Same issue. How i know that watch is reseted? It first goes on with Sony logo, then tries to pair, then screen goes black (holding power button all the time). PCC sais that watch is already updated (i've forced to update again).
I've had the same issue, but what worked for me was to unpair the device (settings > bluetooth), if that doesn't work you might want to take it back

P.S. I will try then tomorrow with Galaxy S2, if it fails than they will be oficially marked as Broken for me)
