Hi!

I were very satisfied with my phone when I bought it, but I've gotten a Iot of problems Lately. After using my phone for about 15 min, the left and right side of my screen doesn't react to any touches, and the phone misses my touches by ca 1 inch. This makes it difficult to write and use my phone in general. When I try to erase, it writes "mv" instead of erasing letters.

I also have problems when I speak during calls. They hear static noises, and sometimes the microphone cuts. I've tried using the diagnostics and several other things suggested by a Sony technician on Facebook forum (not completely sure if it was Facebook, but I believe so).
Can I please get some help? Starting to be frustrated about this.

I'm using my phone to write this and it works perfect in safemode.
How can I get it to work like this without having it in safemode?

And regarding my problems with the microphone, it still occurs when I'm talking in a call, or recording a video or using a app. Do you have any ideas or solution to that problem other than running the diagnostics program on the phone? It says that the microphone work, but as I've explained, I still get the static noises and it still cuts off the sound.

You should take a look in call options and disable microphone noise suppression.About the phone,the touchscreen works perfectly in safe mode you say?

I've tried that before too, but the microphone problem still occurs.
And the touchscreen works perfectly in safemode.

There must be an app acting up.Any task killers,battery savers?

Okai, that sounds logical enough, but I haven't installed any apps for batteri or task killers. I have the most commons one, like games (candy crush etc), snapchat, Facebook, Instagram etc.

Antivirus?If you cannot identify the problem,you got to try a software repair.

Okai, i will give that a try:) any ideas about my microphone problem? I've had it for much longer than the touchscreen problem, and I can't find a solution for it.
