screen gone black out

Hi I have this problem like about five hours till now. I've tried using the volume and power button but it still didn't work out. I try not to panic but someone please help me asap

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried to press the OFF button which is located behind the back cover? If not, remove the back cover and use a paper clip or similar and hold the OFF button down for 5-10 seconds.
