Screen dark off

Aftre last update when make a phone call or massenger call screen go black and i cant use it tell the call ended by the person who i call . Tried to test screen sensor it worked very well
settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the touchscreen. I need a solve for this its really anoying me

Tried also the 'Ear proximity' test there?

 I agree with @4IES, test the proximity sensor and also, does your phone has a protective case, film, glass?

Yes i tried ear proximity and worked very well w i have glass on screen but this problem onpy aftr i did the last system update
