Have you ever seen a phone switching off while on charging because of battery low, If not watch Sony M4 Aqua. I Bought Sony M4 on 19/06/2015 and I have to rush to service center on the very second day. Worst phone I have ever seen. The company guaranteed for two days battery backup but the battery lasts for only 8 hours. On the same day phone hanged very badly and the battery was 15 % which comes down to 5% within 15 minutes and then switching off immediately. The phone didn't start immediately until unless the battery charges for 5%. The batter charges 10% in an hour and discharges 5% just in 15 minutes. What a phone and the story doesn't ends here. the phone heat up so badly that u cant put it near to ear and if you do so u might got hurt. You people totally be fool me while selling the phone and whatever your representative promised was totally wrong. So I request you to kindly return my money back as I have already deposited the mobile phone in your service centre in Agra and now I am no more Interested in buying your phone.

I suggest that you raise this with your local support team to check status and how to proceed with this in the best possible way.

I have Sony Xperia M4 Aqua dual phone. Its only 5 months old.

I have replaced it 3 times as sony told it will work fine each time.

But issue is still there, now I want refund for that.

There is too much Heating issue in this model.

Total crap is this and too bad for health, I can't call properly due to heat and it also creates issues in phone.

I WANT REFUND.

i don't know what you are doing with your M4s. mine is 5 months old now. no major issues.

heating issue is solved after the couple of software updates by sony.

I am using just call, messaging and stock gmail and email app.

And after 3 replacement, issue is as it is.

It heats too much and hang apps.

I have tried with sony support with updates and all they have told, but disappointed.

So, REFUND is only the Solution.

so you mean after opening fresh from the box it gets hot and hangs already? now that's unusual especially after 3 replacement. go for a refund if that suits your heart.
