Rebooting Frequently - Sony

I have purchased Xperia C4 Dual yesterday. Its not even 24 hours and device has started showing the abnormal behaviour. It keeps on reebooting after some time, when i attempt to make calls, install new app or use some app. Help me fixing it please.

it could be the SIM card, remove the SIM card and use the phone w/o it for few minutes, if it doesn't reboot then you need a new SIM card, make sure to buy the CORRECT size, don't trim/cut it.

If sim size is an issue then it must have affected the calling. But i am recieveing calls perfectly.

You are not, since the phone turns off, I'm assuming that you trimmed fit the SIM card

Try this

turn on the screen > unlock the phone > open the SIM card cover/flap > move the SIM card > what happen?

It displayed the message: "Sim Card removed"> "Restarting">Shutting Down.

Can you answer my question, Do you have a NANO SIM card or did you trimmed a regular SIM card?

I get it trimmed.

Get a brand new NANO SIM card and report back.
