I recently got my Xperia Z1 replaced with another (under accidental damage warranty) under some valid reasons. The first day it worked okay but, the next day it showed 'Phone is shutting down due to high temperature' and it shut down. I restarted it and worked fine for some minutes and again showed the same message. Since then it has been showing this message so offently even when I'm in the middle of some work on it, be it game, text, message, browsing or even idle.
there is another thing which I noticed in its behaviour, which is that when i put it on charge- it charges (shows led light & 'charging' status on the screen) WHENEVER IT LIKES (by that I mean, it sometimes charges and sometime doesn't) be it switched off or switched on. I have checked that the usb and charger are okay.
I tried many solutions to this-- Reset to factory settings, use of another sony charger & usb, etc but nothing worked. help me plz
