Sorry for my english. Walkman and Vkontakte player work normal at 4.3. I can change music or pause/play it on lockscreen. Problem appear after 4.4.2

I've rolled back walkman to first version - no results. Update walkman to the last version - no results. Delete Vkontakte - no results. But I don't want reset phone to default. Maybe may there is another solution. Android 4.4.2 14.3.A.0.757 Walkman 8.3.A.0.7
