I've just bought a Xperia T2 Ultra dual.
I've installed "PC Companion" on my PCs(in home and in office)
In Office my PC dosen't have an internet connection, so the software dose not fully installed and update, therefore it dosen't work to its full usage. But It recognise my "sony Xperia Smart phone" both in Mass Sotrage and Media Transfer condition. I can copy or move files and it charges the battery.
In home my "PC Companion" is fully installed and updated, but when I connect my phone to PC it dosen't recognise it completely. Just a dialogue box from "Sony PC Companion" says "My (null) is connected. Launch Sony PC Companion". So I launch the program. But it dosn't know the phone and can't connect to it. and also it dose not charge the battery.
I've tried so many ways and am totally confused!!
Would you help me figure out what to do?
