Pc companion

SINce two weeks ago, when I run Pc Companion there is no aplication, so i can neither update my contacts, calendar etc with oulook nor doing abackup. I´m running windows 8.1 and outlook 2013. I´m also running last version of pc companion.

Try with SUS but make sure that you run it on compatibility mode with windows 7

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried to reinstall PC Companion?

Also make sure that PC Companion is allowed in the firewall and make sure that you have the latest java installed on your PC. Check on www.java.com

PC Companion is allowed in the firewall and  is the last version. java is also last version.  bu there is nor aplication in PC companion

Could you maybe try on another computer?To see the difference if any.
