Pc Companion error

when repair my phone,

i had reinstall the pc companion few times(include uninstall the sony mobile file)

but it was still become error 10

please help me to solve this problem....

Does it say anything else than error 10?

I suggest that you check so there are no firewall/antivirus that is blocking PC Companion. If possible, you can also try from another computer with another internet connection to exclude problems related to your network.
