Ongoing and Normal notification position swapped

As I remember, ongoing notification icon is always on the most left, and other normal notification will be on the right hand side of it. While pull down the notification bar, ongoing notification is always on the top.

1 or 2 weeks ago, suddenly I found they were swapped. I didn't install any new apps at that time.

All I remember is updated a Xperia apps.

Ongoing Notification is always on Left and Top is the default setting or they are on Right and Bottom is the default setting?

The default notifications (wifi,mobile data,power saver) should be on the right,notifications from 3rd party apps or even some default apps are in the left.Check how is it in safe mode:

May be I didn't say it clearly.
The normal notification I mean is new email,whatsapp msg...etc. The ongoing notification is operator icon(by Phono).
You reminded me I had entered Safe Mode accidentally, would that cause it happen?

In safe mode,there are no 3rd party app,those are not loaded.To exit safe mode,simply turn off and back on.

I found that after update some Sony applications, the ordering will go wrong.

Because the ordering went back to correct for few weeks, but 1 or 2 days ago, I updated some sony application, I notices that it went wrong again.
