The X10 doesn't seem to support speed dial on its own, however, you can download a speed dial app from the Market to accomplish this for you. All the free apps I have found on the Market seem to limit you to one button that you can adjust. There are two paid apps however that seem to run in the forefront of the rest: Speed Dial Old School and BigDialer. Both are reported to be good speed dial apps and have slightly different features (i.e. with BigDialer, you can long-press the number to automatically dial the saved contact for that number). Anyway, just do a search for speed dial on the Market and both of these apps (and more) will show up in the results. Look through them and see which one will work best for your needs.
