Not booting

Hi, 

My xperia z1 compact is not booting completely. when i try to switch on i get initial boot images till the animation then it is restarting again and again. well i am not able to repair through pccompanion also as it wont detect until the boot completes. so what to do

Hi pakku

The phone is required to be powered off during the software repair, when you press Start under Support Zone the phone should be powered off and not connected to the computer until PC Companion tells you to connect it.
