Please help me get this warranty service started for my headphones. I tried going to Sony.com where they have a webpage to have warranty repair service started but when I enter my model number, it cannot find the product. It says that if it is a Sony Ericsson product, to visit their website for service. Sony Ericsson does not have a similar webpage as Sony.com does to have warranty repair started. Maybe I should just take it back to the Sony Style Store where it was purchased and have them take care of it. If anyone has any suggestions or advice, please let me know. THANKS!
Sony Ericsson warranty support is mostly done over the phone in North America at 1-866-766-9374, where you would register to send your headset in for exchange. I am sending you a private message.
