Need unlock codes

Hello

I've bought my Xperia a long time ago in NRJ, so he's locked

Now i need to unlock the phone to put a SIM card from FREE 

I called NRJ 2 times, they give me a lot of codes but they didn't work

So i'm asking directly to Sony to unlock my phone

Sony cannot do it,you have to unlock it from the carrier.

But they havn't codes and i need them from Sony

Network lock cannot be removed by Sony.

I asked to people on android forums and they said Sony can unlock my phone
