Memory not available

I have purchased new Xperia Z1 compact last week and have 5GB free memory also right now. When I am going to open "album", it shows error "memory not avalible". I dont know what is the problem. Phone also has latest software update i.e. build numer -14.4.A.0.108. Request you to please provide guidance for that.

Settings-apps-all-album,force stop and clear data.Restart.
