Media Go - very slow, sometimes doesn't work at all.

Hello,

Looks like MediaGo software is pretty glitchy. It takes long time to start it up; it takes long time (or doesn't do at all) to delete files from device; it takes long time (or doesn't work at all) to transfer files to device. Some times it stops to auto create new folders for photos. when it's unabvle to delet files from device - it may show message similar to "Access denied" (yes, screen is unlocked  and so on). Sometimes it can see no pictures / media on device at all . reinstalled it. Tried with different user profile, differnt computer, different OS. To be honest - the whole experience with Android and Sony is a disaster.(battery life, sync, charging etc). Boo, Sony and Google.

As the problem also occurs on another computer it may perhaps be a problem with the phone. If you haven't done so in a while, try restarting the phone. Also try connecting the phone with another USB-cable and try updating the phone using PC Companion: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/.

I've just tried copying the files directly to the phone and that is quite slow as well.

This I think is due to the fact that the computer is also converting the files from

apple format! on reflection this seems good !

Fresh installed my good old Sony Xperia S. For 222 photos (which is not that much) Media Go takes about 10 minutes. This is extremely slow. Unacceptably slow, there must be a better way.

preview for a photo never appears at all. compared to the quality of photos take with xperia phones, the software is *extremely* **bleep**.
