losing Emails

I'm on Vodafone   with my Z3 Compact and use hotmail. For some reason my phone will only ever show the last 2 - 3 emails. How can I alter it so I can look at my older emails?

Open the settings for the email in question and select sync all and 30 days - However if you have setup your email as an IMAP (I think) and read these new emails on another device then they won't sync

Thanks for that. I think my emails are IMAP. Never had this problem before with previous phones!

Hold on cancel the above I've managed to get all my emails up now!
