Hello everyone....

i am using Live With Walkman (wt19i) running on ics 4.0.4.

i am experiencing this problem from last two months. >>>

whenever i try to switch on bluetooth in my mobile ,my mobile gets switched off and it keeps rebooting again n again.

even booting in safe mode dosent works.

but repairing phone via sus solves this problem... and my mobile gets back to normal.....

another thing, this dosent happens every time i switch on the bluetooth... sometimes it works fine. it happens once in 4 to 5 attempts...

i am really tired of repairing my phone via sus....

please help....

Facing same problem with my phone also and the service person is saying that this phone is not compatible with ICS so he reinstall the ANDROID 2.3.6.And now the phone is working properly but still i want to know that if this phone is not campatible to ICS so why the sony pc suite is updating the phone to ICS.

Hey Guys. i have the same Problem. but i have another serious Problem. Windows Can't Detect my Phone when i want to Use SUS (Volum down key when plugging USB Cable).

Error Subject: USB Device not Recognized

Detailes: The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it.

Recommendation: Try Reconnecting the device. if windows still does not recognize it your device may not be working properly.

my friend have the same problem. i tried reconnecting phone to 3 other Computers based on Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 but still ... i really tired of trying. Please HELP you are my only Hope

My phone WT19i LIVE with walkman continuously restarting after i switch on the bluetooth kindly help..........

i am facing such a problem after 2years of purchase. earlier i was using bluetooth without such trouble. So many persons are reporting but no one tells the trouble shooter?
