Invalid Card - Emergency Calls Only

I Have M2 Aqua..

My Region In Indonesia..

I have a problem when i update the Firmware To Lollipop From Kitkat...

After the update Successfully.. when the phone is on, i get the message on lock screen is "Invalid Card-Emergency Only"...

i have tried other sim card.. and still not change the problem..

I Move to the option -> Mobile Network .. ( It was not mobile data enable checbox ) just three option ( Data Roamin, Access Point Name & Network Mode ) ..

Help Me Please

Repair the phone with PCC and check again, also you might want to get a brand new SIM card
