After it was dropped i tried to get it out and opened the back cover and took out my sim and memory card. Then I wiped off water inside it. It was working fine but after 10 minutes, water began to gather INSIDE THE CAMERA AND THEN IT TURNED OFF COMPLETELY and i couldn't turn it on. I have heard of ways by keeping it in a rice bag. And the warranty is in't over till yet. PLEASE suggest how can i re use it again........and whether i should take it to sony service station or try to do it on my own.
you have to contact your local Sony Xperia Care, most likely the warranty does not cover this.
the moisture sensors have turned to red colour and pls tell me why the waaanty doesnt cover this?
the battery is completely dead now and can i charge it to see it is working or not .Please reply to my previous post also
i charged it and now its working fine but he camera is still looking hazy as water droplets are present inside. Please tell me what to do to get the camera work???
YOU SHOULDN´T BE USING THE PHONE AT ALL!!!!!
please turn it off, put him in rice 3/4 days till every water disappears...
and DO NOT TRY TO TURN IT ON AGAIN TILL EVERY WATER DESAPPEARS
the phone is working fine but the camera is looking hazy and the flash is not working.....how to get that water from camera and led flash?
turn off the phone, remove the SD and SIM cards > place it inside a bowl with rice with the covers open > leave it for 1 or 2 days
