Hi! I Just want to ask, why do not accept my imei in the Sony care' s Page. When i insert the code in the blank field. It display the following mensaje: "The imei is not valid." i hope you help me.. Thankyou.

What if you use the IMEI number that is on the box, next to the barcode?

When you enter the IMEI on the Sony Mobile website, are you including the dashes (-) or are you simply putting in the numbers?
