how to request a new key to unlock bootloader , i can't unlock after relock plis help

first of all, big thanks for you and soory for my english..

i relock without restore backup TA using flashtool, but i tried again to unlock but i've got the problem..

i try another way using CMD still not working and someone suggestion to me to ask sony support here to request another key and i hope this forum can help me

It's the same key that you used the 1st time to unlock your bootloader - The key is unique to your IMEI number

Yup the same key and I used the first time key again but still not working, how to fix it?
