how to remove android 4 update on my phone xperia neo

hi guys need assistance pls , I have xperia Neo , on connecting to PC companion it told me my phone is upgradable to android 4 , i upgraded but my phone performance is very bad how to reinstate android 2.3.4 version any one have any ideas

There are 2 stes to downgrade

1) Official - Handing in the Xperia at Sony Service center You can request to have 2.3 installed on your phone ( warranty would remain )

2) Unofficial- Flash Gingerbread using Flashtool (your warranty would get void)

I have purchased a sony xperia sp from local store at aurangabad on 23rd. on 24th a new update was downloaded, and i updated the software. since the n the screen is flickering and goinf blank. the phone is not usable as such. can sony help in any way to get rid of the problem.
