I have had my phone for six weeks and have now bought three new sd cards because it says the sd card has been removed unexpectedly loosing all photos on it.I would also like to know if the phone is genuine. I whish i had not bought it now but its too late for that now.

Which SD Cards are you using exactly?

Some have problems with the Z2, eg. Samsung ones, and Below Class 5s in Sandisk.

The first two are class 10. I have just bought a class10 high speed card supposed to be for cam corders. I have not had problems with this one yet but i am very wary of putting things on it. The first one took ages to download things too. After putting things on it the screen whent black and the phone would do nothing. I could hear the camera when presing the button. After doing this for some time the screen came back on and i did a factory reset.
