Here in Bermuda really need some help from anybody ref:connect the dots lock out.

Hi Guys!!! I really need some help so that i can get the use of my phone back. The phone is locked with the connect the dots and all it's showing is the google sign in page and i do not have internet on the phone, so i need a solution as to how i can unlock it PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

You'll need to download and install the PC Companion software here and then run the Phone Repair process. This will delete all your data off the phone, but it will remove the password protection.
