help please.. sound problem..

hi., can somebody help me with my problem.., after I updated my Aino with the new firmware I have encountered a problem regarding the sound of my phone.. i cant seem to hear anythingwhile playing musics and video... help please..I really dont know what happened after my update.. the sound is gone..

Based on your information, trying another update may resolve it, as its seems very likely software related.

Otherwise, you'll need to contact your local Sony Ericsson office (if you tell me what country you are in, I can find it for you) to check out warranty options that might be available to you.

thank you for the reply.. the sound of my phone returned after a couple of hours..
