HELP! PLEASE! my phone suddenly wont charge!

i tried to repair it via pc companion... and reset it. with power plus volume up. sometimes it charges, but. it takes longer than before. what was that? i think the update just did something to my phone. i also used other chargers sometimes it really wont. i hope somebody could help. thank u veey much!

You know that this could be a hardware problem,right? Did you try another adapter or cable?

Same thing happens to me, all the f-ing time. Sending it to sony, nothing works.
