Headphone jack gets disconnected... And radio not working

Hii all...
1). I have a little problem with headphone jack on my phone.
Whenever I'm listening to music, a little bump on the pin or if the pin(3.5mm jack) gets rotated.. The Walkman pauses playing... What to do.. Is there any problem with the headphone jack?.. I have also tried it with other headphones but still same problem...
2). My FM Radio doesn't seems to work at all.. I plug the headphone and open the app.. The radio shows that the channel is playing.. But no sound comes at all.. Both in headphones nor in speakers...
What to do ???

@SajjanXperia

What you described seems to be a hardware issue, contact your Local support to get your device inspected.

But this happens rarely.... So if at local support the problem will not show up then they will end up saying me that the phone is working properly....

That seems like a hardware issue that can be recreated by your Local support

Well i didn't mean to say little bump... For example if I'm keeping the device in my pocket listening to music... Sometimes it automatically pauses the music...
And if i purposely rotate the pin... Then the music sometimes stutters...

@SajjanXperia

Where are you storing the music? which music app are you using?

also check

settings > apps > all > smartconnect > clear data > restart the phone > check again

but again, it seems like hardware related as the FM radio doesn't work, the headphones act as the antena.

Hi @SajjanXperia,

It seems like this is hardware related but try and clear data for the Smart Connect app as uliwooly suggested and see if that helps. You should try clearing data for the FM radio app as well.

I have tried clearing data.... But still there is problem...
I have opened FM radio app after clearing data, the app searched for all channels properly.. But no sound at all.
But now my headphone jack is behaving properly.
