Google voice required active Internet, did u turned the wifi or mobile data off when using Google voice.

i have a big trouble with google voice there´s no chance to disable this app and whenever i get into facebook PAGE (only page) not my personal wall a spanish voice starts talking saying name of the page and reading messages, i disabled Talkback, but there´s no options to disable google voice how do i kill that spanish girl speaking at me??? thank you
