Google now issues

I am trying to configure google now, but nothing happens. I just cant do anything In the screen where you have to say "ok google" three times to educate the phone, because the phone keeps listening.

Does anyone knows how to educate the phone and activate google now?

Is your data on? any antivirus taskillers clean master apps?

Any chance that something else is using the microphone? Test if the same occurs in safe mode.

Yes the data is on, not antivirus, taskillers or somenthing like that installed in the phone.

That's rather odd, you could repair the phone with PCC and see if that works
