SO I have been using the GCM10 to remote play PS4 on my Z3 Compact for several months now. Today, when locking the suction cup to my phone, the suction cup cracked the back of my Z3 Compact, making it useless with the GCM10. Is there a chance Sony will replace my phone? I was using their products as designed and this happens. Frustrating. See the picture here.
