Free space issue

Hi,

I'm facing an issue with my Xperia M dual, I have the latest software update installed

There's plenty of memory but the phone says only 341MB are available for use

The image representing memory available conflicts with that

I believe there is more than 1GB is available for use

Kindly have a look at the attached screenshot

I already did that, I ussed AVG Cleaner

Clean up master didn't clean much; around 100MB

The issue is still there

Boot your phone in safe mode and check if the same occurs:

I suggest you also try to force stop and clear data for media storage under settings-apps-all and restart your device.

Hi,

sorry for being late

I checked the memory usage in the Safe Mode and it was the same

And I don't have many apps, Google Crhome is the largest one and it takes around 83MB of space
