Thankyou Sony for your forced update that has ruined my phone, It was 6 months old and i had never had a problem with it now i have hardly any signal anywhere the wifi works when it feels like it all apps eg instagram and facebook crash all the time which never happened before your update every contact and picture was lost and now i'm left with a phone that hasnt got much use. Thankyou for your service by that i mean the service person offering me 2 weeks off my monthly bill. Sony your a joke i will never use you again.
