Facing problem with Xperia Z1 camera

I own a Sony Xperia Z1, just 13 days after purchase I am experiencing problem with my camera. All still photographs have a pink shade and even while taking a video phone started flickering with green screen.  I have attached 2 images one of them is a screenshot and other camera click.

Is this a known issue with this phone, or have I been cheated with a refurbished or damaged phone? In span of 13 days this phone is hardly used as phone is not allowed in my office. Please suggest what are my options.

Do you have a case for your device? Did you try to clear data for camera app under settings-apps-all?

The problem with pink shade is now gone as I have a pink cover and when I use flash only then color pink is filled in my photos. 

I did not try to clear data for camera app any time. 

Can you help on why I got green flickering screen?

Does it happen only when recording videos?
