I've had this phone for a year and it really bugs me. Everytime I charge or sync it on my PC, it resets all my settings for display and wi-fi. I prefer to have auto-rotate and text on landscape, but the blasted phone keeps changing it. The software is up to date, I've looked at the online user guide and I've even taken it back to the shop, where I sat on their phone (as opposed to mine) whilst being patronised by a boy from Sony on their 0844 number. He told me to check the software was up to date. It's all they seem able to say (must be the script).
Any suggestions?
