Encryption option is not there in my phone xperia go

Encryption option is not there in my phone xperia go. I want to encrypt email and sync. but this option is not there.

Any workaround.

Do you mean the option for encrypting the memory in the phone? I'm afraid it's not possible to encrypt the memory in Xperia go as the phone does not support this.
