I emailed the sony center about my concerns but they only give me a reference number.
Where can i put that reference number so I could see the answer to my questions?

When you email the support line you will always receive an automated email, this email has the reference number to your question.  If you have not received a response to that email for around 1 to 2 working days, then I would suggest contacting the customer care team, unless you need the answer right now.
