Xperia J does not support encryption of it's memory so if your server requires this you will not be able to bypass this from the phone and connect to the server. You would need to talk to your IT-department to see if they can remove this policy for your account.
Not sure if it will work but you could also try another client like Nitrodesk Touchdown.
