dead pixel con z ultra

Hi! I bought my z ultra 2 week ago. It's an incredible device unless the asf. Totally hate it. Today I was turning my phone on. But i'm very careful with the screen. I totally hate a scratch or a dead pixel. I can "fix" the scratch in my z ultra but the dead pixel not. Does anyone knows if sony has a zero tolerance about dead pixels? Motorola has it. They gave me a new phone even when it was only one pixel dead. Sony will change my screen or i will get a new z ultra?

i bought new xperia z ultra and got 3 bright pixel......... Very unhappy........ the handset is best ever........ but the pixel problem made me so unhappy... will sony replace the display?
